Spicy blue Roquefort cheese made with raw sheep's milk. This cheese is traditionally matured in Roquefort, in the French Pyrenees by a small family-run producer. This cheese is less salty than other Roquefort cheeses and its flavour is nicely pronounced without being too sharp. The balance between the taste of salt, sweet and bitterness is perfectly balanced.
