Freeze-drying: no H2O

The freeze-drying method is chosen in order to keep some products longer and to make them lighter. In this process, moisture is removed (sublimated) at low temperature and pressure and a product is created that still has the original qualities to a large extent. Freeze drying is about five times as expensive as conventional drying, but the result (a product of which 96-99 percent of the moisture has disappeared) is much more interesting. Therefore, freeze-drying is a responsible way of preserving for your convenience.
