Let’s get cracking!

What food is only eaten in the early morning? Breakfast cereal! Indeed that’s why it is called breakfast cereal. Carbohydrates to heat up the engine for the rest of the day. Made from corn or other grains and yes, you get the same amount of energy as from a sandwich, but few sandwiches are crunchy. And then of course there is the cheerful duo of muesli & cruesli with and without nuts and fruits.
