Semi-hard goat’s cheese from Ghent made with organic raw milk. A type of abbey cheese, it has a beautifully full, rounded flavour without that typically sour goat’s cheese taste. Delicious served crumbled onto a fresh seasonal salad. Maturation period of between 6 and 8 weeks.
