Raw milk goat's cheese produced on a farm in the Pyrenees holding as many as 500 goats. The rind is dusted with salted charcoal. This cheese ripens to become deliciously creamy. Each cheese weighs approx. 250g. Imported exclusively by Vanilla Venture to the Benelux region.
