This cheese comes from the award-winning artisanal fromagerie La Ferme Du Chemin Chataigne in Belgium. Made with raw goat’s milk it is a white cheese with a rich creamy texture. The crisp acidity of the goat's milk is softened in the ripening phase and the resulting cheese is soft and delicate in taste. The earthy aroma of mushroom can be detected in the rind.
