Organic, raw goat’s milk cheese made by the Karditsel dairy in Lummen, Belgium. Made with milk from their own goats. A variant of the French St Maure de Touraine cheese but with an added white mould (penecilium candidum) which produces a white rind like a Camembert. Ripens to a smooth and creamy consistency.
