A hard cheese made using the milk of the cows of Jura in France. Our comte cheese is always made with the summer milk produced by cows grazing high up in the mountains. The cheese is aged for between 1 and 3 years in Fort St Antoine, the home of the most beautiful cheeses. It has a fruity taste.
