This cheese is made by the 't Groendal dairy in Rumbeke, West Flanders. With a maturation period of at least 18 months, it’s texture is characterised by a rich crystal. Yet what’s striking about this cheese is its smooth flavour. A complex aroma with caramel undertones. It won Gold at the World Cheese Awards in 2017.
