Sicilian almond cultivar perfectly peeled by boiling. Intense and unique olfactory characteristics, typical of the Sicilian territory. More delicate and less vegetal flavor than raw almond, but equally fragrant. The right balance between sweet and bitter makes it perfectly usable for processes and treatments aimed at improving the recipe. Large, teardrop shape, which also makes it aesthetically pleasing.
