Orange blossom water, or mazaher, is the distilled blossom of a bitter orange tree. A wonderfully aromatic scented blossom water that blissfully fragrances. This orange blossom water is made by Joseph and Nizar Meneem using the blossom from their own bitter oranges. You can use orange blossom water in both sweet dishes (pastries, desserts and ice cream) and savoury dishes (tajines and dressings). And just a few drops in boiling water makes what’s known as ‘white coffee’ in the Middle East. A delicious, after-dinner digestief. It’s so pungent that a few drops is really all that’s needed for the perfect dilution!
