A must-have in Moroccan cuisine: preserved lemons. We couldn’t find any of a high enough quality, so we decided to make our own. Our pickled lemon is made using delicious aromatic, fragrant, unsprayed Sicilian lemons preserved using quality sea salt. These lemons are bursting with flavour and so good, you can eat the whole fruit – skin and all! In cooking, our pickled lemons are incredibly versatile. A great accompaniment to chicken, a stew, bouillons and soups, over labneh, but also thinly sliced into salads, dressings or sauces. With such a unique flavour and special kick, they’re an essential kitchen ingredient for experimental cooks and professional chefs alike!
