We have tasted countless Argan oils over the years but none as magical as this one! Nutty, aromatic, fragrant and delicious. After roasting, the women of the small Mogador all-female cooperative in Essaouira open all the nuts and knead the paste with water by hand to release the oil. This unique process, coupled with the fact that the Argania spinosa tree only grows in the triangle between Essouaira, Agadir and Safi is what makes this oil so expensive.
