We make two incorporating some of the fantastic spices available at Vanilla Venture. One savoury and one sweet. This is the savoury edition, made with with cumin, coriander, pepper, ginger, fennel, star anise, lavender, grains of paradise, galangal, clove, saffron and turmeric. You can use our savoury ras el hanout to enliven chicken and meat dishes, roasted vegetables, stock for couscous or in tajines.
