Petit Gris Escargots in Vegetable Bouillon

The petit gris is a smaller snail variety. Much more subtle and versatile than its big brother the gros gris. They combine well with a piece of meat, fish or poultry but can also be used in a soup or vegetable terrine. They can also of course be prepared in the classic French way with herb butter. No preservatives or E-numbers are used during production, which is why the broth can appear hazy. Kept at room temperature, this product has a shelf life of around 1 year.
