ELDERFLOWER TONIC This tonic derives from the Indian, Mediterranean and lemon tonic. Elderflower tonic is made using the botanical oils from hand-picked elderflowers. Large bubbles with an average carbon dioxide level. Starting with citrus, followed by a clean, dry and slightly bitter note of quinine in the aftertaste, the taste is perfectly balanced.
