Adriatico Roasted Almonds is a liqueur made from the highest quality almonds from the Apulia region in southern Italy. These almonds are all picked by hand and then roasted for several hours before being processed in the maceration and distillation process. In this process, vanilla, cinnamon, cocoa and a little coffee are also added to the liqueur. The whole is finally finished with a pinch of sea salt from the Adriatic Sea.
