(Mildly salt Zeeland cheese) Quite remarkably, this is a 20 kg cheese (most cheeses are currently much smaller (12 kg)). Its size guarantees that it remains smooth and creamy, whereas the flavour becomes more intense with the ripening process. The cheese was produced in June 2009. Sea winds and saline clay give this cheese from the Mulder Family a delicately salty flavour.
