This pure black bean paste is brewed with Taiwanese No. 5 black beans and thickened with pure glutinous rice. It does not contain coloring, flavoring or preservatives, and is suitable for dipping or serving cold dishes, such as dipping rice dumplings, rice cakes, or mixing with preserved egg and tofu.
