Pure and undried natural salt in fine 'flakes' from southern Portuguese salt pans of Ria Formosa and Castro Marim. Traditionally and sustainably harvested from the fleece-thin top layer of saturated seawater. This salt is rich in minerals and that gives it a special character. Dishes get a unique taste.
