Truffles are one of the world’s most prized and delicious delicacies. A natural product that grows wild in nature and woodland, its scarcity only enhances its desirability. These seasonal, subterranean-growing fungi, or ‘tubers’, follow no growth schedule, so the amount available depends on the success of a season and price is determined by supply and demand. We work with experienced truffle hunters in Italy, France and Spain who use specially trained dogs to seek out these underground culinary treasures.
We receive precious deliveries of fresh truffles every season - from rich black winter varieties to white gold summer truffles. But if you can’t wait for your fix, we also offer a full range of truffle-derived products which are available year round.
