The famous croquet-Holt has been used since years in a handicraft in the croquettenkeuken Noorderstraat. There has over the years, a large and growing demand for the creation and croquet area was unfortunately too small. In 2005 it was decided to move croquettenkeuken and after a long search for a suitable location was found in Sloterdijk. It is furnished to the highest EU standards in hygiene and in use since March 2006. The new croquettenkeuken might be the latest guidelines and equipped with modern technology, production process has remained the same. The Holt-croquet is still the same quality craftsmanship as before.
