After years of looking for the best charcuterie, we have succeeded in selecting the most exclusive suppliers for you. One of them is the Spanish family company Joselito. The famous chef Ferran Adrià called Joselito ‘El mejor jamon del mundo’ say ‘the best ham in the world’. Although we do not believe in ‘best products’, Joselito was very happy with Ferran. The ham comes from Iberico pigs that wander freely around the ‘dehesa’, where all their favourite treats are grown, including the many thousands of kilos of acorns that fall from the trees. The hams are matured in the cellars of Joselito, ensuring the high quality which has made Joselito world-famous.
