Farm-made, raw milk goat’s cheese. This cheese is produced in Normandy where it is mixed with vanilla powder by Vanilla Venture. The Vanillien cheese was developed by Belgian cheese affineurs Van Tricht and is made by them exclusively. A lightly salted cheese with elegant top notes of vanilla.
